To Whom It May Concern:
This is to thank McMurray and Sons for a wonderful roof job.
We were assisted in understanding the types and cost of
roofing that is available.
We were also given numbers to call to keep us informed of the
process as it was being accomplished, as well as answer
questions about this big job.
The workers seemed happy, able to do their tasks well,
and respectful of us and their co-workers. Their “boss” supervised
them well.
Any questions or requests
that we had were dealt with very quickly and reasonably so the
roof wasn’t an imposition but a positive experience. The nails
from the old roof left sticking out under the eaves, and the
nails on the ground even after cleanup even after being careful
and using tarps, were quickly cleaned up. We were also given a
small amount of extra tile as requested for repair, etc.
There was a caring conveyed
that made us feel that this job was being done in a competent,
personal way and that it would be done right. We feel that was
accomplished and marvel at the roof quite often, especially when
it rains and we no longer feel “wet” in the house!
