When it started

The McMurray family learned roofing from the ground up, working their way through the trade before taking on the responsibility of running the business. Thomas J. McMurray ran the company with one idea that never changed: do the job right, stand behind it, and treat people well.

EUREKA & THE NORTH COAST

The McMurray family relocated to Eureka, and the business found its permanent home on the coast. McMurray & Sons officially incorporated in 1964. What started as one man's trade became a local name, and the company grew into one of the area's steady employers, the kind a town builds its trust around over time.
